"British Cycling's growing membership helps add weight to the organisation's influence, both in corridors of Westminster and in the wider sporting environment. Every extra member gives us more clout as we pursue campaigns, such as "Keep racing on the Roads" and build ground-breaking relationships with bodies such as the Forestry Commission and Sky."

Cycle 2000

avatarCycle2000 started in 1994 with the aim of providing a country lane cycle riding alternative to other clubs' more racing oriented rides and also to campaign for better conditions for everyday cycling in North Staffordshire. The club currently has around 30 members who are active cyclists with a majority who are regulars on our rides. New members are always welcome and we don't ride off into the distance and leave people to fend for themselves. Why not give us a try?
